Our service is tailored entirely to you, just like a traditional personal chef. We create portions which match your training demands/playing status, what you enjoy and how easy you would like the cooking process to be. We then calculate, prepare, cook and deliver to your home or training ground.
Round the Clock Messaging
Not only will you receive a bespoke meal/nutrition package each week, you have access to an experienced Performance Chef and Nutritionist via whatsapp (we avoid using longwinded, slow email services). Meaning you can ask questions, request changes, update on your training plans and more, in an instance.
Meals Designed To Your Training and Goals
As it stands, there is no nutrition/meal service which is entirely designed for your specific playing/injury status, goals, food preferences and your home life etc. We will even tailor your food towards recent blood tests (if requested). If you want your club nutritionist to design this, we can work with them and deliver it on their behalf.
Organic and Premium Ingredients
Many nutrition/meal services use the lowest quality products to maximise profit margins. Like a traditional personal performance chef we will choose high quality organic ingredients where possible. All of our meat and fish is locally sourced from an artisan butcher and fishmongers. Quality is at the heart of what we do.
